Betsy Syprien

Betsy Syprien serves as the Chief Program Officer at Covenant House Florida, where she guides the development and implementation of programs and services that empower young adults.

With over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Betsy is dedicated to creating meaningful opportunities and equitable access for young people. She has served in a variety of roles, including direct care and previous roles as Director of Residential and Special Services, where she worked to expand housing options for youth and build strong connections with them to support their unique needs. Betsy holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of West Florida. She believes in the importance of collaborative leadership and quality services that meet young people where they are. Betsy also brings strength and passion in coaching program leadership teams and future leaders, developing strategies that have a lasting impact on the quality of care and services provided to the youth Covenant House Florida serves. She strives to make a positive difference in their lives every day by fostering trust and connection through compassionate and responsive service.
