Reneé Trincanello

Reneé Trincanello is a transformational, servant leader of one of the largest non-profits serving youth experiencing homelessness in the state of Florida. She has been in the Human Services field since 1999 and has decades of experience in the industry. Renee' has served in a variety of direct-care and executive roles at Covenant House Florida. 

In 2019, Reneé became chief executive officer for two Covenant House Florida locations, Fort Lauderdale and Orlando. Both locations provide youth access to vital resources such as housing and food assistance, medical and mental health services, educational support, and career guidance using trauma-informed best practices. 

Reneé is passionate about raising awareness of issues impacting youth experiencing homelessness and has focused her career on building innovative, robust programs which support the youth on their pathway to independence. As an advocate for underserved and under-resourced people, she is deeply committed to partnering with those who share the commitment to end youth homelessness. 

Reneé obtained her bachelor's degree in social work from the University of Central Florida, a master's degree in social work from Barry University, and is a licensed clinician.
