

Kevin M. Ryan
President, Covenant House
Kevin has a long history with Covenant House. He began his career as a child advocate in the 1990s, serving as a staff attorney at Covenant House where he founded a legal aid program for homeless youth in the South Bronx. Later, he became the Director of Covenant House’s Youth Advocacy Center in New Jersey. Since then, Kevin has continued to advocate for youth. He was named the State of New Jersey’s first Child Advocate and also helped to craft some of New Jersey’s most important laws including the New Jersey Homeless Youth Act in 1999. Kevin is a B.A. graduate of The Catholic University of America and a J.D. graduate of Georgetown Law Center. He earned his LL.M. (Masters of Law) from NYU Law School, where he focused on public interest law.
David Grabosky
Board Chair, Covenant House Florida
Dave has served on Covenant House Florida's Board of Directors since 2002 and previously served on the Orlando Advisory Committee. He is co-founder and Vice President of T & G Constructors, which has offices in Orlando and Miami. Dave earned a B.S. in Building Construction from the University of Florida. He is affiliated with Legatus, Associated Builders & Contractors, Inc., and Central Florida Builders Exchange.

James M. Gress
Executive Director, Covenant House Florida
Jim Gress has served our kids in direct care and program administration positions since Covenant House Florida opened in 1985. In addition to his longstanding program management responsibilities in Ft. Lauderdale, he was instrumental in overseeing Covenant House Florida's original community service center in Orlando and in opening and administering our crisis shelter in Orlando. He previously worked in social service settings in Florida and Pennsylvania. Jim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Social Work degree from Barry University, Miami. He is a member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers and the National Association of Social Workers and is a clinical field instructor for Barry University.
